9th July 2010

Not wrote a blog in a while.

So, where I'm at...I'm now 9 stone 1.5 and I'm really happy with where I'm at so I've decided thats enough weight loss for me. i didn't have a weight in mind and just decided to stop when I'm ready. I did originally think a rounded 9 stone but I've not been loosing for the last month and its really been getting me down - so if I focus on maintaining now instead of stepping on the scales every 5 minutes I'll be better off in the long run.

I now need to focus on fitness, get rid of my scales at home and try and find the time to fit in some exercise!

I'm doing great food wise - I can't remember the last time I ate chocolate, indian take away, pizza take away. But I am fond of the chinese. the last take away I got was a chicken fried rice and shared it with the hubby so gold star for me!

I would love to have the time to go to the gym or swimming but I find once I'm home from work and done dinner I just can't be bothered.

So, my goal for next week is to get up and walk Lola before work each morning instead of having that extra 30 minutes in bed. Also, to wear my pedometer every day instead of the days when I think i'll reach the target.
