What a beautiful morning!
was up at 6:20am to get the dog out on a nice walk. i have started going through farmers fields opposite where i live instead of following public footpaths. its much nicer but the hayfever is killing me!
so it was my mid-year resolution to get up early and be a little more organised in the mornings and up to now i'm actually sticking to it. the odd morning i've not done it.
i take her over the fields for a walk after work too and manage about 1-1.5 hours a day which involves a mixture of walking/jogging/running! for a little dog she can't half run fast when she wants to.
i have actually managed a full week on track and if i eat 14 points today and do my walking my weekly total is 139 points eaten and 17 exercise points so just about within my weekly points total of 126.
i can't resist weighing myself first thing in a morning and today is looking hopeful for tomorrows weigh in :)

Wow all that walking and the weight will drop off well done! I am also trying to be more active, got 3 aerobics classes this week!
