Not wrote a blog in a while.
So, where I'm at...I'm now 9 stone 1.5 and I'm really happy with where I'm at so I've decided thats enough weight loss for me. i didn't have a weight in mind and just decided to stop when I'm ready. I did originally think a rounded 9 stone but I've not been loosing for the last month and its really been getting me down - so if I focus on maintaining now instead of stepping on the scales every 5 minutes I'll be better off in the long run.
I now need to focus on fitness, get rid of my scales at home and try and find the time to fit in some exercise!
I'm doing great food wise - I can't remember the last time I ate chocolate, indian take away, pizza take away. But I am fond of the chinese. the last take away I got was a chicken fried rice and shared it with the hubby so gold star for me!
I would love to have the time to go to the gym or swimming but I find once I'm home from work and done dinner I just can't be bothered.
So, my goal for next week is to get up and walk Lola before work each morning instead of having that extra 30 minutes in bed. Also, to wear my pedometer every day instead of the days when I think i'll reach the target.

Wednesday 16th June
What a beautiful morning!
was up at 6:20am to get the dog out on a nice walk. i have started going through farmers fields opposite where i live instead of following public footpaths. its much nicer but the hayfever is killing me!
so it was my mid-year resolution to get up early and be a little more organised in the mornings and up to now i'm actually sticking to it. the odd morning i've not done it.
i take her over the fields for a walk after work too and manage about 1-1.5 hours a day which involves a mixture of walking/jogging/running! for a little dog she can't half run fast when she wants to.
i have actually managed a full week on track and if i eat 14 points today and do my walking my weekly total is 139 points eaten and 17 exercise points so just about within my weekly points total of 126.
i can't resist weighing myself first thing in a morning and today is looking hopeful for tomorrows weigh in :)

Tuesday 25th May
got my first ever graze box this morning - it came it the right time too, hadn't planned this week very well so didn't have any breakfast. worked out at 3.5pts for the lot so it seen me through til lunchtime.
had a complete blow out yesterday, maccies breakfast, sandwich and crisps, chippy tea. i do need it every now and again when i'm fed up of ryvitas and porridge!
back on track today in preparation for thursdays weigh in.
my menu today:-
B: graze box = 3.5pts
L: roast chicken 90g (2) lettuce, red pepper, cucumber, dressing (0.5) yog (1) = 3.5pts
D: jacket spud (2.5) roast chicken 90g (2) mullerlight (1.5) pineapple (1) = 7pts
total 14/18
aiming to walk the dog for 60 mins and a 30 min exercise dvd.

Got my 10%
yay! over the moon to say the least. lost 1.5lb to get to 15.5lb loss which is my 10% target.
i walked it to the meeting which is 1.5 away with harriet. she fell asleep in the pram which is better for me really while the meeting is going on because i concentrate on her instead of whats being said.
well, i have had the extra 48 hours and they've paid off. up to now this week from mon-thurs i have been within my points every day ate 62/72 points and earned 4 exercise points if i need them over the weekend from my walking.
i stayed on the wagon last night and stuck to my 3x125ml red wines. otherwise had quite a lazy night, the walk takes it out of me.
i made a shepards pie before i left so it was ready when i got home and it was lovely, worked out at 6 pts each and there was some left overs!
i have come into work on my bike today (6 miles and hate every second!) but it gives me the extra points for wine tonight :)

L: jacket potato (2.5) tuna mayo (2.5) yog (1)
Afternoon snack if needed: 2 small banana's (2) 2 small apples (1)
D: homemade chicken in blackbean with green peppers and egg fried rice (i'm guessing around 9pts but not worked it out yet) and 3x125ml white wines with soda or lemonade (4)
26/18 oops! BUT 8 exercise points to cover the damage :)

Week 19 Day 1
Had a really good week up to now.
Monday-Wednesday i didn't fall off the wagon once but the days before i went WAY over my points. so much so that i have changed my weigh in day from Tuesdays to Thursday so i have extra time to pull it back.
So, weigh in tonight. Sneaky peak is showing a loss of 2.5lb but who knows...my scales tend to lie!
Just 1lb away from my 10% so fingers crossed and if i don't get it this week I'll be extra determined to get it the week after.
Today I have ate so far:
B: 2 weetabix and skimmed milk (3)
L: 2 tuna mayo ryvitas, shape yog, 150g (or there abouts) of strawberries (3.5)
Dinner i have lifted out some extra lean mince to do shepards pie. i can prep it and shove in the oven while i go and get weighed. Plus, i'm walking it so theres an extra bonus point! it's about 30mins each way.
Hoping to get my 4th silver star on my chart tonight as long as i don't go over the top with the wine later. I have allowed for 3 x 125ml glasses (half a bottle) and as long as i stick to that i'll be ok.
